Want periodic maintenance for your car without worrying about appointments? Appointments are easy to forget, and on a busy day they get postponed. With Spare you choose a ready-made package priced for your car, or request a custom package that Spare prices for you. Visits are scheduled in clear time windows, and you get a reminder before each visit.

Spare handles the coordination: it assigns the provider, follows up every visit, and saves it in your car’s digital service record.

A ready-made package or a custom package

Periodic maintenance items include oil and filter changes, brakes, tyres, battery and air conditioning, and the items and price of each package are shown in the app before you pay.

  • Spare’s ready-made packages: periodic maintenance packages priced for your car, and you choose the one that suits you.
  • Custom package: if you need something that isn’t in the packages, request a custom package and Spare prices it for you.

Clear appointments and a reminder before every visit

You choose the date of the first visit, and the package’s visits are scheduled in clear time windows between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (08:00–18:00), with a reminder before each visit. You can change the location and time before the appointment.

At your location or at a service center

The visit takes place at your location or at a Spare-approved service center. If you choose the center, a car transport fee is added once the appointment is confirmed.

    Choose the date of the first visit within the time windows between 08:00 and 18:00, and choose your location or a service center.

    With Apple Pay, mada, Visa or Mastercard, or split it with Tabby or Tamara.

    Reminder, then the visit

    You get a reminder before each visit, and the maintenance is carried out and documented with photos.

    Every visit is saved in your car’s digital service record, for whenever you need it.

Good to know before you order

  • Work outside the package: only carried out after you approve its price
  • Transporting the car to the center: its fee is added if you choose service at the center
  • Breakdown and accident repairs: they have their own breakdown repair and accident repair services

How do you pay?

The package price is shown in the app for your car before you pay, and Spare prices a custom package for you before you pay.

You pay in the app with Apple Pay, mada, Visa/Mastercard, and Tabby or Tamara for split payments. If you cancel an order, what is refunded depends on the stage the order has reached, under the refund policy.
