Spare: car care from pickup to delivery in Saudi Arabia

Spare (سبير) is a Saudi car-care app. Order car transport, accident repair, breakdown repair or periodic maintenance in the app, and Spare arranges it with approved service centers, its transporters and mobile technicians, then follows it up until your car is back.

What Spare does

Spare acts as your agent and intermediary. Instead of searching for a trustworthy workshop yourself, you place one order in the app: Spare assigns a Spare transporter (ناقل سبير), a mobile technician (الفني المتنقل) or a Spare-approved service center (مركز صيانة معتمد لدى سبير), documents every stage with photos, and keeps you in control: you see the inspection report and the itemized quote, and you approve before any repair or extra cost.

  • Car transport (نقل السيارات)

    Flatbed transport (سطحة) booked in the app: standard open flatbed, hydraulic flatbed that lowers to the ground for sports, modified or low cars, or a fully closed truck (VIP). Live tracking, a pickup code and a delivery code, and photos of the car at pickup and delivery.

  • Accident repair (إصلاح الحوادث)

    A Spare transporter collects the car and takes it to a Spare-approved service center. You get an inspection report and an itemized quote in the app before anything is repaired, you choose genuine or aftermarket parts, and a quality inspector reviews the repair work.

  • Breakdown repair (صيانة الأعطال)

    A mobile technician comes to your location to diagnose and fix the problem, or the car is taken to a Spare-approved service center and back. You can attach a photo or short video of the problem, and no repair or extra cost happens without your approval.

    Ready-made Spare maintenance packages priced for your car, or a custom package quoted by Spare. Visits are scheduled in clear time windows between 08:00 and 18:00, with a reminder before each visit, at your location or at a service center.

How it works

    Order in the app

    Sign up with your mobile number, add your car, choose the service, the location and the time.

    Pay in the app

    Pay with Apple Pay, mada, Visa/Mastercard, and Tabby or Tamara for split payments.

    Spare arranges and follows up

    Spare assigns a transporter, a mobile technician or an approved service center, and you follow every step in the app.

    Approve before any repair

    You receive an inspection report and an itemized quote; nothing extra is done or charged without your approval.

  5. 5

    Get your car back

    The car is returned with a delivery code, and the job is saved in your car’s digital service record.

Payments

Everything is paid in the app: Apple Pay, mada, Visa and Mastercard. Invoices can also be split into instalments with Tabby or Tamara.
